How to uninstall / install Software and Drivers for Video Observation

If you don't know how to operate Windows, we STRONGLY suggest you find a technician to help you with this.

1.	Close all open programs. Close All windows programs including Multicam Software. DO NOT Reboot PC until completely finished.
2.	Go Start -> Programs -> Multicam -> Uninstall Main System run Uninstall
3.	after uninstall is done. goto My Computer and goto C Drive Delete C:\Mulitcam folder

	Delete Capture Card Video / Audio Drivers from the Windows Device Manager.
4.	This section is base on the WindowsXP system. Goto Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System System Properties will be open. Select Hardware tab on the top. Select Device Manager
5.	Device Manager Please choose Sound, video and game controllers click the little + sign on the left, to expand the detail. Find all GV......Video Capture Driver #A-#D and all GV.......Audio capture drivers #A-#D sometimes you may have more than two drivers. Delete all the GV..... drivers Highlight these driver and press DEL key from the keyboard When done close device manager.
6.	Go Start -> Run -> type CMD click OK
7.	You are now going to Backup & Delete Windows OEM files. type CD \WINDOWS type CD INF type MD BACKUP type *COPY OEM.* BACKUP type DEL OEM. /F**
	(experienced users only) If you want to remove the system driver, please delete these files, too C:\windows\system32\drivers\AGV.sys and C:\windows\system32\drivers\GV.sys

	Remove previous Multicam system confugration settings
1	If you want to keep your multicam settings, you might skip this section. Otherwise you will need to reconfigure your Multicam settings	If you are changing to a different VO software version you must complete this section! (Make note of your current settings for configuration in your new version)
2.	Go Start -> Run -> type CMD click OK
3.	type CD \WINDOWS type *DEL GEO.INI**
	Restart your PC. The Un-install is now complete
	If you are reinstalling or installing the capture card drivers and software Drivers are located: C:/Setup/Video ...../driver/GV600,GV650....... or on the Install CD Software is located: C:/Setup/Video.... or on the Install CD If you have additional questions, please contact us.
